Machine experiment page, added support Node .js

Engine Yard's hope to try out new ideas through the lab and get user feedback before deciding whether to fully support service.

The first technology that makes it available as part of the program is to support the Labs Node .js file, a JavaScript framework used for low-latency applications. Official page of the engine supports applications written in Ruby for Rails and PHP.

To start using Node .js's ability, customer requested permission from the page to be included in the program and they then Labs will see the Node .js's ability on their dashboard. Customers pay the same price per instance as to the other page engine service.
