The driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital, according to the CHP.

Bartlett said lucky accidents happen so quickly in the morning and the day when the traffic light as possible. No other driver collided with an SUV as it rested on its roof.
CHP investigating what caused the accident, Bartlett said.
